| Posted: October 1, 2009 With our customers help, we are able to send the soldier, Ian, and his platoon packages every 2-3 weeks. Baseballs and gloves have been one of their favorites. A few items needed at this time are lip balm, hard candy, new or used working watches, and they would appreciate any other items you wish to send. Ian works with the Iraqi children every Saturday and here are a few photos. The photo of Ian by himself was of him and an Iraqi kid, but he had to "crop the cute little Iraqi kid out for the family's safety." The other photo is of some of the children. Scotti's pays all the shipping costs and we send everything you donate. If you have greeting cards or drawings from children, they would love to get those.
